Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); (c) our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security, fraud prevention and direct communication with existing customers; (d) your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for marketing communications.

Categories of Data

Identity data (name, title), contact data (email, phone, address), transaction data (invoices, orders, payments), technical data (IP address, browser, device), usage data (site interactions, panel activity), marketing preferences and communications history.

International Transfers

Some processors (hosting, email delivery, payment) may be located outside the EEA/UK. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as approved by the European Commission and UK ICO.

Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to: (i) access your data, (ii) rectification, (iii) erasure ("right to be forgotten"), (iv) restriction of processing, (v) data portability, (vi) object to processing, (vii) withdraw consent, and (viii) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK: Information Commissioner’s Office – ICO). Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations (typically 6 years in the UK, 10 years in Turkey for commercial records).
